About the Role
We’re not looking for someone to “run posts on time.” We’re looking for someone who understands that fashion lives on the internet as much as it does on the runway. Someone who sees social media as a stage, a gallery, and a playground all at once.
Key Responsibilities
Own the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Develop and execute content strategies that feel bold, disruptive, and true to fashion.
Collaborate with designers, creators, and marketing to create scroll-stopping content.
Experiment with new formats. Be it reels, memes, UGC, long-form, or collaborations to keep the brand relevant.
Track performance and tweak strategies, but never compromise on creativity.
Spot and shape Salty trends, bringing a Salty lens to what’s happening online.
Build and engage an authentic salty community.
Coordinate influencer tie-ups and campaign rollouts in sync with brand goals.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or culture-first brands.
Strong understanding of fashion, design, and youth culture.
Hands-on with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms’ backend tools, analytics, and some other growth levers.
Ability to think visually and collaborate closely with design/creative teams.
Comfort with AI tools, editing apps, and creative experimentation.
Strong copy instincts. Able to write bold, catchy, and culturally relevant lines.
Experience with influencer and creator partnerships.
Driven, experimental, and fearless about trying new formats and approaches
A portfolio or track record of ideas that proves you’ve created work people remember
This is a work-from-office role - You should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi
