They are also dedicated to sustainability and foregrounding a brand purpose, which means the work we do with them requires working creative thinking into every brief, regardless of scale.  We are currently looking to hire a Social media manager with 2+ years experience to manage social networks for a top FMCG client  The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media.  An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.    What you will be doing:  <ul> <li>Manage and supervise social media executives that will report directly to Social Media Manager </li> <li>Managing all inbound comments just in case there’s an issue or crisis going on with appropriate responses and escalations </li> <li>Supervise the social media executives to post and schedule all contents keep the content and cultural calendar up to date </li> <li>Helping to plan the content calendars </li> <li>Helping to develop copy to support our visual content </li> <li>Participating in creative brainstorms alongside the Creative team </li> <li>Having a great understanding of social channels </li> <li>Staying up to date with updates and changes across the social platforms and communicating these to team members </li> <li>Able to create social media strategy and have a strategic thinking or mind </li> <li>Staying up to date with the ongoing trends and how to apply it to the Brands  </li> </ul>   What you need to be great in this role:  <ul> <li>Must have flawless written English including punctuation and spelling </li> <li>Someone who loves the pace of digital change and innovation </li> <li>Someone who keeps abreast of pop culture, loves a meme, and keeps on top of internet trends </li> <li>Good understanding of which content, formats and platforms drive which outcomes </li> <li>Good understanding of people’s behaviour on social media across different platforms </li> <li>Experience with social listening and social management tools  </li> <li>Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies </li> <li>Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical </li> </ul> Req ID: 17680 #LI-JQ1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion">Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations    OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
