Job Description -
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, campaign management, social media analytics, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
•Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
•Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
•Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve engagement and reach.
•Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).
•Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
•Respond to comments, messages, and actively engage with the online community.
•Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
•Handle basic client communication related to social media activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
•Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma etc.
•Experience in social media analytics and performance reporting.
•Basic knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies.
•Strong communication and content writing skills.
•Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
