Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
ATL & BTL marketing activities
Manage and grow
social media platforms
(Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Create and execute
marketing campaigns
for lead generation
Drive
business development and sales conversions
from marketing leads
Maintain a structured
sales pipeline and follow-up process
Achieve
monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
Track campaign performance, leads, and conversion metrics
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in
marketing / social media / business development / sales
Hands-on exposure to
ATL/BTL campaigns
Strong
sales mindset with proven follow-up discipline
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with tools like
CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.
Ability to work in a
target-driven environment
