Role Overview
We are looking for a
POS Operations Executive
to support and streamline our POSP/channel partner ecosystem.
This role focuses on
partner onboarding, servicing, compliance, and operational efficiency
, ensuring a smooth experience for partners and enabling faster business execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Activation:
Manage POSP onboarding, documentation, and ensure timely activation
Partner Support:
Act as the first point of contact for partners, resolving queries related to issuance, endorsements, and servicing
Operational Coordination:
Work with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth and timely policy processing
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and share regular reports
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and maintain audit-ready documentation
Process Efficiency:
Identify operational gaps and drive improvements in turnaround time and partner experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
2–3 years of experience in insurance operations / POSP operations / broking support
Prior experience in
non-motor / SME insurance
is a plus
