Job Role: Site Head – Sales (Real Estate) Job Title: GM / DGM / AGM Department: Sales Profile Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Head – Sales to lead and manage overall site operations, drive revenue generation, and ensure successful sales closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and channel partners. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Management • Responsible for overall site revenue, demand generation, and sales closures • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets • Prepare and manage sales budgets and plans for launch and sustenance sales • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets 2. Team Leadership & Management • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets • Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews • Ensure team discipline, productivity, and engagement • Provide training and guidance to team members 3. Channel Partner Management • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners for business continuity • Drive sales through CP network and alternate channels • Ensure regular engagement and performance tracking of CPs 4. Marketing & Strategy • Collaborate with marketing team for brand enhancement and lead generation • Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Provide market feedback for pricing and product positioning 5. Operations & Coordination • Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, Finance) • Monitor end-to-end sales process and customer experience Preferred Candidate Profile: • Strong leadership and team management skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good time management and organizational ability • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Fluent in English / Hindi / Marathi • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools • Willingness to travel across locations Why Join Us?
