Role Overview
The
Site Engineer
will manage end-to-end site execution, ensuring technical precision, quality control, and timely project delivery. The role demands strong project handling experience, team coordination, and the ability to independently manage site operations for medium to large-scale works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Prepare resource plans, work schedules, and execution methodology.
Solve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to maintain workflow.
2. Technical & Quality Assurance
Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Conduct inspections, measurements, quality audits, and technical checks.
Ensure construction/landscape/soil-related works meet Micromitti’s standards.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and vendors.
Conduct regular site meetings and submit progress updates.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site supervisors.
4. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety rules and ensure 100% compliance with environmental, statutory, and company safety standards.
Implement corrective measures in case of deviations.
5. Material, Vendor & Resource Management
Manage material requests, inventory, and usage planning.
Approve material quality upon delivery.
Monitor subcontractor performance and allocate manpower effectively.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare DPRs, WPRs, material reconciliation reports, and quality documentation.
Maintain as-built drawings, progress photographs, checklists, and work logs.
Assist in project close-out documentation and handover packs.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Experience
5–7 years of experience
in site execution (civil works, landscape development, soil-based engineering, or environmental projects preferred).
