You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.
How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

Sievo
System Admin is the primary owner of the
Sievo
SaaS platform — ensuring its secure, stable, and optimized operation while enabling business users through effective access management, integrations, and vendor coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the
Sievo
SaaS platform runs securely and efficiently with
optimal
performance
Develop and
maintain
procedures for platform maintenance, including upgrades, configuration changes, and data backups
Oversee the platform lifecycle — managing environment configurations, releases, and rollouts
Continuously monitor
Sievo
system performance,
conducting
troubleshooting and diagnostics as needed
Centralize and manage user access, leveraging SSO/LDAP or
Sievo's
native access management capabilities
Meet SLAs for incident resolution and
maintain
consistent service levels for business users
SKILLS & COMPETENCES
Strong understanding of SaaS platform architecture and cloud-based application management
Experience managing system security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SaaS environments
Proficiency
in identity and access management, including SSO, LDAP, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Familiarity with IT service management principles, particularly incident
management
and SLA adherence
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to platform performance and security
Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with SaaS platform upgrades, data migrations, and vendor coordination
ENGAGEMENT
Ensure
Sievo
platform maintenance aligns with business needs, procurement processes, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to
maintain
a stable and secure
Sievo
environment
Facilitate change requests, assessing and implementing necessary configuration adjustments in
Sievo
Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate
Sievo
with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other data sources
Collaborate with the Procurement/Data Governance team to implement business use cases in
Sievo
Ensure smooth user onboarding and
assist
in managing roles and permissions across the platform
SIEVO INVOLVEMENT
Act as the technical administrator for the
Sievo
platform, responsible for system performance, user management, and configuration
Manage permissions and entitlements in
Sievo
, ensuring
appropriate access
aligned with business roles
Oversee
Sievo
version upgrades and release management, coordinating with the
Sievo
vendor for updates
Support data
integrations
with
Sievo
, ensuring
accurate
data flow from source systems (ERP, spend data, etc.)
Work closely with business and technical teams to
optimize
Sievo
platform usage and ensure compliance with governance and security standards
Serve as the primary point of contact with the
Sievo
vendor for support escalations and platform enhancements
