About this role

The Services Support Associate, supports invoice processing and administrative activities within Deloitte’s Administrative Business Center. This role works in a service center environment and provides support to Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers. The position requires advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, knowledge of Deloitte applications, and the ability to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Work you'll do As a Services Support Associate II on the Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center (ABC) team, you will be responsible for… Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as client expectations for quality and accuracy Work independently to assess project requirements, communicate with customers on questions or issues, and document project activities in the workflow management system Maintain Deloitte brand standards and compose, format, and edit memos, letters, emails, and other client deliverables Provide time and expense support, process requests for payment using the Payables Tool, and provide support using Swift, including invoicing, reporting, and project administration Coordinate with national and local teams, conduct research using Internet and intranet resources, build relationships with customers, and create or administer SharePoint sites The team Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center (ABC) Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM; 2 PM to 11 PM; 6 PM to 3 AM; 9 PM to 6 AM Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in any subject and 2-3 years of administrative experience in a large corporate environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience using software such as Outlook in completion of work Preferred: Experience supporting invoice processing, requests for payment, and payables activities Experience using Deloitte applications such as Payables, Time & Expense, Swift, and SAP Experience communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization Experience working in a virtual teaming environment
