Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II, Corporate Services on the USI ESC Admin Support Team, you will be responsible for:
Performing administrative tasks involving confidential and sensitive information
Managing leader calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings
Preparing, editing, and distributing memos, letters, emails, and other correspondence
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, lodging, local transportation, and visa or passport support
Preparing and reconciling time and expense reports and supporting audits as needed
Coordinating leadership events, client visits, and other administrative activities with national and local teams
The team
The USI ESC Admin Support Team offers comprehensive administrative assistance to PPMDs and Senior Leaders within the USI firm. Their responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating time and expense submissions, and supporting client and leadership visits on a daily basis, in addition to managing any other general administrative tasks as required for the role.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
Experience managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence for senior stakeholders
Experience preparing time and expense reports
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work overtime on weeknights and weekends, as needed
Preferred:
Experience supporting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, or Senior Managers
Experience coordinating leadership events or client visits
Experience working with confidential business information
