Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any subject with 0-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and similar business tools to complete administrative work
Experience preparing, formatting, and editing business correspondence and deliverables
Experience supporting administrative processes such as time and expense, request for payment, or workflow tracking
Ability to work rotational shifts
Preferred:
Experience supporting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, or Managers
Experience working in a service center or shared services environment
Experience using Swift, Payables Tool, SAP, or SharePoint
