Work you’ll do.
The ADM team will perform various financial reporting and financial analysis activities. The ADM team will be an extension of the finance team and will be responsible for various ADM related work and working on SAP platforms (SWIFT) and use S4.

· Manage operational processes for critical Delivery Centers, overseeing the full delivery management (DM) lifecycle.
· Evaluate HR data, timesheets, invoices, and support junior team members to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to process standards across all delivery centers.
· Resolve all types of Ad-hoc queries agreed timelines, prioritizing urgent issues.
· Manage all month-end and year-end activities for the DM process, including rate updates, mappings, and the creation or modification of cost centers.
· Monitor revenue and cost accruals, verifying alignment with all the required mappings, billing and cost rates across all DCs.
· Develop business reports for stakeholders, ensuring relevance and timeliness, and conduct variance analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs) across delivery centers prior to month-end closing.
· Manage end-to-end onboarding and testing activities for new delivery centers within SDS, ensuring efficient and accurate go-live processes. Document and escalate bugs to ensure prompt resolution.
· Validate master data inputs, ensuring alignment as per agreements.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in finance background BCom/BBA.
· 3 to 6 years of experience in finance related work.
· You are a dynamic and flexible person with good numerical and commercial skills
· Have a in depth knowledge of DM models Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office suits. Also, knowledge of AO & SAP is mandatory.
