Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience developing on the
ServiceNow Platform
.
Hands‑on experience in:
Vulnerability Response (VR)
Risk Integration Solutions (RIS)
SecOps modules (advantage)
Strong scripting experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Good understanding of:
CMDB data model
CI relationships
Security operations processes
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
Exposure to
GenAI / Now Assist
features is a strong plus.
Understanding of ITSM processes and integration points.
Preferred Certifications:
CSA – Certified System Administrator
CIS – Vulnerability Response
CIS – Risk / SecOps
CAD – Application Developer
