ServiceNow Solution Architects:
Role:
Acting as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery
Establishing trusted relationship with client executives
Architect ServiceNow solutions to ensure the enterprise is optimally utilizing the
base system capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Support clients on their digital transformation roadmaps aligning to their business
strategy.
Provide consulting services as the ServiceNow Solution Architect to business area-
related projects.
Overseeing application and workflow configuration
Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
Providing industry-standard architectural point of views and solutions
Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS platform.
Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement
can lead to improved performance.
Transforming ideas into tangible solutions
Build Service Catalogs to automate business processes.
Research and recommend new ServiceNow platform functionality and capabilities
that will bring value to the enterprise.
Profile
A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information
Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in
a similar technical environment.
ServiceNow certified in and working experience at least two or more modules (ITSM,
CSM, GRC, HR, SecOps)
Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs, creatively approach solutions,
decide, and influence appropriate courses of action.
