Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of total IT experience with
strong hands‑on ServiceNow development
.
Minimum 3+ years working specifically with
ServiceNow ITOM
and
Vulnerability Response
.
Strong expertise in:
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
CMDB structure, CI class modeling, relationships
Discovery patterns, sensors, probes
MID Server administration
Event Management rules and alert correlation
VR workflows and scanner integrations
Hands‑on experience with integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, data policies, and platform security.
Working knowledge or exposure to
GenAI / Now Assist
capabilities (advantage).
Preferred certifications:
CSA
(mandatory)
CIS–Discovery / CIS–Service Mapping / CIS–Event Management
(advantage)
CIS–Vulnerability Response
(highly desirable)
CAD
(plus)
