About this role

Key Responsibilities: Self-motivated professional with a strong track record on the ServiceNow platform , delivering medium to complex solutions. Lead development and customization of Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace experiences . Design and develop custom UI components (Now Experience Framework) for Agent Workspaces. Build responsive, user-centric interfaces using UI Builder, components, data resources, and client scripts . Translate business requirements into scalable portal and workspace solutions . Develop and maintain reusable custom components, widgets, and UI frameworks . Work on CSM and ITSM module implementations with focus on enhanced user experience. Perform instance upgrades and patching across multiple environments. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow scripting. Hands-on experience with: Service Portal (widgets, AngularJS, theming) UI Builder & Now Experience Framework Custom component development (Web Components / Now UI Framework) Expertise in ServiceNow APIs , Glide APIs, and platform capabilities. Strong experience in Integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) (must-have) . Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling. Experience with ATF, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent integrations . Working knowledge of Agile methodologies . Stakeholder Management: Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into intuitive UI/UX solutions . Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams . Preferred Experience: Experience working on MSP-based (multi-tenant) ServiceNow instances . Exposure to end-to-end UI/UX transformation initiatives on ServiceNow . Certifications: Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Desired: ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 Foundation ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/ITSM preferred) Micro-Certifications: Automated Test Framework Flow Designer Integration Hub Virtual Agent Key Differentiator (Must-Have): Strong expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, and custom workspace component development , with proven delivery of modern, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces .   Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years Btech- Computer Science At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
