Who are we:
Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:
Build T30 service ecosystem from scratch
– processes, tools, parts for nationwide dealer network. Design scalable systems for 100 bikes/month + service scale. Kaizen mindset to improve the existing processes. Implementation of lean principle to avoid wastages in the processes. This will a mix of technical decisions and lot of process implementations.
What You’ll Do:
1. Service Process Design (30%)
Service manuals
: Maintenance schedules, torque specs, diagnostic trees.
Dealer workflows
: Job card, warranty claim, customer handover SOPs.
Process mapping
: Visual flow from drop-off → pickup.
2. Tool Selection (25%)
Tool kits
: Level 1-3 technician tools (torque wrenches, multimeters, OBD kits).
EV-specific
: HV gloves, battery lifters, controller programmers.
Dealer standardization
: Kit BOMs, vendor evaluation.
3. Spare Parts Management (25%)
Parts classification
: Fast/slow movers, critical spares list.
Dealer stocking policy
: Min/max levels per dealer tier.
Procurement specs
: Alternate suppliers, lead time mapping.
4. Implementation Support (20%)
Dealer rollout
: Training modules, process rollout plan.
Pilot testing
: 2-dealer trial, feedback incorporation.
Documentation
: Playbooks, videos, checklists.
