Own end‑to‑end delivery of platform features for the Cosmos service, from problem definition through design, implementation, and rollout. Drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Cosmos platform you own by leveraging AI. Translate customer business needs into well‑scoped program plans and engineering requirements. Drive capacity planning and Supply chain management for the Cosmos platform. Lead cross‑team execution by coordinating dependencies across engineering, operations, security, and other platform teams. Partner with engineering and live‑site teams to support operational readiness, reliability goals, and service health improvements. Manage the Incident and change management process for the Cosmos environment along with the DRI activities and define and monitor success metrics (e.g., reliability, performance, adoption, cost efficiency) for owned features. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, decisions, and trade‑offs and contribute to a strong service engineer culture through documentation, design reviews, and knowledge sharing. Good experience in the software industry, with a degree in computer science or a related technical field OR equivalent 4 years of technical experience in service engineering role. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and tool use. *Proven experience to drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery. Strong communication skills, but also technical skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and to be able to discuss complex technical issues with engineering for resolutions.
