We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
installation and commissioning
of solar cleaning robots at site
Handle
preventive maintenance (PM)
and
breakdown maintenance (BM)
Diagnose and resolve
mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure proper
robot performance and functionality
Coordinate with
design, production, and support teams
for issue resolution
Provide
on-site training
to customer/operator teams
Maintain
service reports, logs, and documentation
Ensure
timely closure of service tickets/complaints
Support
remote troubleshooting
when required
Ensure adherence to
safety standards at site
Required Skills:
Knowledge of
mechanical and basic electrical systems
Hands-on experience in
installation and troubleshooting
Understanding of
motors, sensors, wiring, and control systems
Ability to read
technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Good problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
field service / site work
Exposure to
robotics / automation / solar industry
Basic knowledge of
PLC or controllers (added advantage)
Willingness to travel frequently
