About the role Job Summary The Service Center Manager is responsible for supervising a team of technical professionals in delivering field service engineering support to customers. This role ensures the effective execution of service operations, resolves complex technical issues, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager plays a key role in setting team goals, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Main accountabilities and tasks 1. Managing, Planning & Ensuring the timely & Quality repairs of Rotary Equipments received at Service Center for Repair. 2. Complete ownership of service center operations ensuring the Growth of service center by systematic & professional approach by controlling all the activities & process of service center. 3. Responsible for monthly/ Yearly RFC targets defining and accomplishments as per commitment. 4. Responsible & ensuring the repairs process is being executed as per standard & quality process. He Should be capable for taking decisions in making any changes in process for better results. 5. Responsible for maintaining the Customer confidence in service center by On time delivery with reduced order cycle time with no compromise in quality. 6. Modify layout if requires, improvise the process if requires by implementing the lean and good industrial practices. Work experience : 15+ years' Experience in rotary equipment repair service & can handle the team of 10 -15 members.   Education Qualifications   Degree or Diploma in mechanical Engineering Languages: Tamil / Hindi / English   Soft skills : 1. Micro soft Office/ SAP/ Operational applications Like Service center Dashboard/ Qlick sense/ Zest application 2. Good Communication skills.
