About the Role
Toprankers is looking for a
high-impact SEO Manager
who can drive
large-scale organic growth across multiple education brands and websites
.
This role is not just about maintaining SEO hygiene — it is about
building scalable organic traffic engines
. The ideal candidate understands
search intent, content velocity, technical SEO, and growth experimentation
, and has experience scaling organic traffic for high-volume content platforms.
You will work closely with the
content, product, marketing, and tech teams
to build SEO systems that can scale traffic across thousands of pages.
What You Will Own
1. Organic Traffic Growth
Own the
organic growth roadmap
across all Toprankers websites.
Identify and unlock
high-volume keyword opportunities
across exams, careers, and student journeys.
Drive
significant YoY growth in organic traffic and rankings
.
2. Scalable SEO Systems
Build SEO frameworks for:
Programmatic landing pages
Exam pages
Career pages
Blogs and informational guides
Location-based pages
Create scalable systems that can support
hundreds or thousands of search-optimized pages
.
3. Technical SEO Excellence
Lead the improvement of:
Site architecture
Crawl efficiency
Indexing optimization
Core Web Vitals
Page speed
Mobile-first performance
Work closely with the
tech and product teams
to ensure SEO is embedded in product development.
4. Content-Led Growth
Collaborate with the content team to:
Build
high-intent content clusters
Develop
SEO-driven editorial calendars
Optimize existing content to improve rankings and CTR
Identify opportunities for
content refresh and SERP capture
5. Authority & Link Building
Develop strategies to improve domain authority through:
High-quality backlinks
Partnerships and outreach
Digital PR opportunities
Competitive backlink gap analysis
6. Data, Analytics & Experimentation
Track and optimize performance using tools such as:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog
You will continuously test:
New page structures
Content formats
Internal linking strategies
SERP optimization tactics
