What You’ll Own
As our SEO Lead, you will be the go-to person for organic growth strategy, execution, and performance, with a sharp focus on revenue-driving traffic.
Your Responsibilities:
BOFU Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategy focused on getting traffic from bottom-of-funnel searches (comparison pages, solution pages, feature pages, use case content, etc.) to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Keyword Research & SERP Analysis: Identify high-intent keywords across the buyer journey, especially commercial and transactional queries relevant to the US market.
On-Page Optimization: Own the optimization of new and existing pages for search intent, technical performance, metadata, and user engagement.
Content Collaboration: Work with content writers, designers, and product marketers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content that converts.
Technical SEO: Partner with developers to ensure clean architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals compliance.
Link-Building Strategy: Lead outreach and backlink acquisition strategies that improve domain authority and support key landing pages.
SEO Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, traffic quality, conversions, and pipeline attribution using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.

Improved rankings and visibility for BOFU and commercial intent keywords.
Organic becomes a key driver of MQLs and pipeline.
Significant lift in high-intent traffic from the US.
Strong collaboration with content, web, and product marketing teams.
A scalable and documented SEO playbook and reporting framework.
What You Bring
At least 4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or similar performance-focused environment.
Proven track record of growing BOFU organic traffic and pipeline.
Deep understanding of search intent, funnel stages, and content formats that convert in a SaaS context.
Strong grasp of technical SEO, schema, crawlability, and site performance best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).
Experience optimizing for the US market, including understanding of search behaviour and competitive landscape.
Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for SEO pages.
A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, iterate, and own outcomes.
