About Role- We are looking to hire an SEO/ASO Manager who has hands-on experience across all aspects of B2C search engine optimization. This position will work cross-functionally with Paid, Social, and Content teams. Responsibilities: Analyze the current state of the website, and app and define the strategy to maximize organic user acquisition. Work closely with SEO/AEO/ASO agencies Execute SEO & ASO strategies in multiple languages Optimise keywords, ratings, screenshots, and reviews Develop your App Store Optimization expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends Identify directories, forums, and websites for potential link-building and develop strategies around it Research and resolve HTML code and content, link architecture, and navigation issues Creating unique write-ups after research and re-phrasing Collaborating with other members to foster teamwork and drive innovation and change WordPress Compatible Make on-page and off-page changes Provide daily work reports Provide daily ranking updates Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for organic conversions Keep looking for significant Google algorithmic changes. Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools, etc. ) Desired Skills and Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in SEO, ASO, Digital Marketing, and Content. Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as well as major CMS. Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs would be desirable. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, or Statistics Extensive B2C SEO experience ( B2C SEO ) ASO expertise Knowledge of Analytic software ( Data ) Good understanding of development processes, HTML, and other standard code Solid understanding of keyword research Solid understanding of copywriting & web copywriting skills Ability to identify and resolve problems. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Agency background would be a plus point.
