About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor + AI Motion Creative who blends storytelling, performance marketing instinct, and advanced AI prompting skills.
This is not just a traditional editor role.
You will turn UGC, raw footage, 3D renders, and AI-generated assets into high-converting content brand assets for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Motion
Edit high-engaging video content for IG, YouTube, and OTT
Transform raw footage into structured AI native videos
Create strong hooks within first 3 seconds
Build thumb-stopping motion graphics and clean transitions
Deliver multiple creative iterations for A/B testing
Maintain high production quality under tight turnaround timelines (20-25 reels a months)
AI Motion & Prompting
Generate cinematic shots, motion scenes, and stylized visuals using AI tools
Write structured prompts for:
Higgsfield
LTX Studio
Google AI Studio
Runway / Pika / Luma / Kling (or similar)
Convert scripts into AI-generated motion sequences
Generate Blend AI footage seamlessly with live footage and 3D renders
Experiment with AI pipelines for faster creative production
Performance Thinking
Understand ad psychology, pacing, and retention metrics
Optimize edits based on watch-time & conversion feedback
Collaborate with performance marketing teams
Develop creative frameworks for scaling winning ads
Required Skills & Tools
Editing & Motion Software
Adobe After Effects (advanced compositing + templates + clean motion)
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Blender (basic to intermediate 3D workflows)
Strong understanding of sound design and color grading
AI & Prompting
Experience writing structured, cinematic prompts
Understanding of:
Camera language (lens types, shot types, movement)
Lighting styles
Motion directions
Scene continuity
Ability to refine outputs through iterative prompting
Creative Skillset
Strong storytelling instincts
Ability to match brand tone and visual language
Typography & motion sensibility
High aesthetic standards
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of professional editing experience
Experience working in a performance marketing or digital agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Performance ads
AI-generated motion work
UGC transformations
Motion graphics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
Previous Editing Experience
AI films and/or brand ads
Experience in D2C / E-commerce brands
Understanding of funnel-based creatives
Knowledge of scripting and storyboard creation
Familiarity with automation workflows
