About this role

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward. Ability to address feedback, represent and advocate for User Experience (UX) and users. Excellent interaction and visual design skills with an outstanding portfolio of interactive projects. Excellent collaboration skills with other User Experience teams and cross-functional partners like Program Managers, Engineering, Marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
