<h3><u>Role summary:</u></h3>
<p>We are seeking a UI Designer join our team. In this role you will design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards. You will translate UX concepts into polished UI designs, focusing on usability, layout, typography, and seamless user interactions.</p>

<h3><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></h3>
<ul>
<li>Execute visually compelling and user-friendly interface designs across web and mobile platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate wireframes and concepts into high-quality UI designs aligned with user needs and business goals.</li>
<li>Follow established design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across deliverables.</li>
<li>Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions, supporting both creative exploration and refinement of ideas.</li>
<li>Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and resolve UI-related challenges.</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to enhance usability and visual appeal.</li>

<h3><u>Skills and Competencies </u></h3>
<ul>
<li>1-2 year of industry experience with a strong interest in human-centered design principles.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of user-centered design methods and usability best practices.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in UI design for web and/or mobile platforms, including responsive design fundamentals.</li>
<li>Familiarity with design systems and component libraries; ability to follow and contribute to existing guidelines.</li>
<li>Exposure to digital/creative agency environments is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced, collaborative team setup.</li>
<li>Capable of translating simple ideas and wireframes into clean, visually appealing interfaces.</li>
<li>Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.</li>
<li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Miro is a plus.</li>
<li>Open to feedback and eager to learn, grow, and explore new areas within design.</li>
<li>Curious and proactive in staying updated with UI trends, tools, and best practices.</li>
