The Head of Testing is accountable for defining and leading the end to end testing strategy across all Global Business Platforms, including D365, Workday, Workfront, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations. This role ensures consistent quality, risk reduction, and production stability while accelerating delivery through automation, AI enabled testing, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Global Testing Strategy & Governance
Define and own the
global testing strategy, standards, and governance model
across all business platforms.
Establish a
risk‑based testing approach
aligned to platform criticality, integration complexity, and business impact.
Ensure testing practices align with
SDLC, DevOps, and release management models
(CI/CD and gated releases).
Drive Regression testing automation across business platforms.
Platform & Integration Testing
Oversee testing across core platforms:
Microsoft
D365
Workday
Workfront
Salesforce
Ensure robust
integration, data flow, and end‑to‑end testing
across upstream and downstream systems.
Drive consistent
environment alignment
across Dev, Test, UAT, Pre‑Prod, and Production.
Test Automation & AI
Define and execute the
test automation strategy
across UI, API, data, and integrations.
Drive adoption of
automation‑first testing
, reducing reliance on manual regression testing.
Leverage
AI/ML‑driven testing capabilities
, including:
Intelligent test generation and maintenance
Predictive defect detection
Change impact analysis
Test coverage optimization
Continuously evaluate and introduce
modern testing tools and frameworks

DevOps & Continuous Quality
Embed testing into
CI/CD pipelines
, enabling early defect detection and faster feedback loops.
Partner with Engineering, Platform, and DevOps teams to support
continuous testing
and progressive release models where appropriate.
Ensure production safety through
shift‑left testing
, synthetic testing, and monitoring validation.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build, lead, and mentor a
high‑performing global testing organization
(internal and partner teams).
Act as a senior testing advisor to
SteerCo, Engineering Leadership, and Business Stakeholders
.
Provide clear
quality metrics, dashboards, and risk visibility
to executive leadership.
Quality Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Define and track key quality KPIs (defect leakage, automation coverage, release readiness, cycle time).
Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency, effectiveness, and cost optimisation.
Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
15+ years in Quality Engineering / Testing, with
senior leadership experience
in large, complex enterprises.
Proven experience managing testing across
multiple global business platforms and integrations
. Managed testing for transformation programs cross world areas.
Strong background in
enterprise SaaS platforms
(Salesforce, D365, Workday preferred).
Technical & Domain Expertise
Must have hands on experience in Automation Testing with Selenium, Java/J2EE/.NET (Optional: Python)
Deep expertise in:
Test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration, data)
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Large‑scale integration and end‑to‑end testing
Strong understanding of
AI‑enabled testing tools and strategies

Experience with cloud‑based platforms and modern architectures.
Leadership & Communication
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance
