About the Role We are looking for a senior integration architect with a consulting mindset who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement work management solutions on the Workfront platform, bringing AI-driven automation and content supply chain thinking to make those solutions future-ready. Based in Bangalore, this is a high-impact consulting role with real scope to shape how global enterprises manage their content and marketing operations. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems Guide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutions Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements What You Bring 10+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting Hands-on experience with work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar) Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
