We are seeking an experienced Sr. Team Lead - Developer with strong technical understanding of .NET Core and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering web application projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for web application development using .NET Core and Angular.
Manage end-to-end software project delivery.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and support teams.
Track timelines, risks, and project milestones using task management tools.
Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, and cost estimations.
Communicate progress with stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to management.
Manage client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee deployment processes and post-production support.
Monitor
team productivity, performance, and delivery efficiency.
Define, track, and review
employee KRAs and KPIs
aligned with project goals.
Conduct periodic
performance evaluations
and provide improvement guidance.
Ensure release readiness and deployment coordination.
Handle change requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT project management.
Experience managing application development projects
Working knowledge of
.NET Core, Angular, APIs, and mobile application lifecycle
Experience using
task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in ERP product environments.
Jewelry domain exposure is an added advantage.
