You won't just manage Okta; you will architect a seamless ecosystem where <strong>Workday</strong> (already integrated) serves as the heart of our automation, and <strong>Intune/Jamf</strong> act as the gatekeepers for device trust.<br>You are an innovator who thrives on building <strong>AI-driven bots</strong> and complex <strong>Okta Workflows</strong> to solve the "human" problems of IT, ensuring that our security posture—including <strong>Universal Logout</strong> and conditional access—is ironclad and automated.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Identity Orchestration &amp; Automation</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Workday Master Integration:</strong> Leverage our existing Workday-Okta integration to build advanced downstream automation for granular lifecycle events (conversions, international transfers, and rapid offboarding).</li> <li><strong>Expert Workflow Design:</strong> Architect and maintain mission-critical <strong>Okta Workflows</strong> to automate Slack channel provisioning, Google Workspace delegation, and Jira project access.</li> <li><strong>AI &amp; Bot Innovation:</strong> Design and deploy <strong>AI-powered bots</strong> (Slack/Jira integrations) that allow for natural language access requests and automated troubleshooting of identity issues.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Endpoint &amp; Device Trust</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Unified Endpoint Management:</strong> Integrate <strong>Microsoft Intune (Windows/Android)</strong> and <strong>Jamf (macOS/iOS)</strong> with Okta to enforce Device Trust and Passwordless authentication.</li> <li><strong>Session Security:</strong> Implement and manage <strong>Okta Universal Logout</strong> and session revocation strategies to ensure immediate access termination across all SaaS apps during security incidents.</li> <li><strong>Conditional Access:</strong> Design policies that ensure only managed, compliant devices can access sensitive corporate data.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Data-Driven Troubleshooting</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Advanced Logging:</strong> Use <strong>Okta Expression Language</strong> and advanced <strong>System Log queries</strong> to proactively identify authentication failures or security anomalies.</li> <li><strong>Log Analysis:</strong> Utilize API-based log streaming to create dashboards that monitor integration health and user adoption metrics.</li> </ul> <div><strong>What You Bring</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>The Okta Veteran:</strong> <strong>6+ years of dedicated experience with Okta and Okta Workflows.</strong> You should be comfortable with advanced workflow logic (API Connectors, Custom Functions, and Error Handling).</li> <li><strong>The Device Specialist:</strong> Deep hands-on experience with <strong>MDM solutions (Intune and Jamf)</strong> and how they exchange signals with Identity Providers (IdP).</li> <li><strong>The Workflow Automation Power User:</strong> Expert at leveraging <strong>Workday RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service)</strong> and Business Process (BP) events as triggers for complex <strong>Okta Workflows</strong>.
