About the Role
The Senior Strategist – Marketing is a group-level leadership role within the CEO’s Office, responsible for building and scaling a unified marketing growth engine across all Sarder Inc. brands. This role focuses on US-centric B2B demand generation, brand credibility, and revenue alignment. Success in this role means creating clarity, speed, and measurable impact across marketing systems, teams, and outcomes at scale

What You Will Do
Define and drive the overall group-level marketing strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap.
Establish clear positioning, ICPs, and GTM frameworks for each brand while maintaining group-level coherence.
Design and scale US-focused B2B demand generation engines across enterprise, mid-market, and partner channels.
Build repeatable playbooks across ABM, content-led growth, performance marketing, partner marketing, and events.
Ensure tight alignment between Marketing, SDR, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance teams.
Own brand architecture, messaging, and enterprise-ready narratives across all Sarder Inc. businesses.
Leverage Sarder TV as a strategic platform for executive thought leadership and US market credibility.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and ROI models directly linked to pipeline quality, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
Build scalable marketing frameworks, processes, and systems that enable speed without fragmentation.
Manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure execution excellence and consistent quality standards.
Act as a strategic advisor to business heads on pricing, packaging, GTM motions, and expansion strategies.
Lead CEO-sponsored, cross-brand initiatives requiring coordination across regions and functions
What We Are Looking For

Group-level B2B marketing strategy and execution
US market demand generation and enterprise GTM expertise
Strong understanding of ABM, pipeline marketing, and revenue attribution
Brand architecture, positioning, and executive-level storytelling
KPI-driven marketing ROI and performance measurement
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Mindset & Leadership Traits
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution credibility
Commercial mindset with strong revenue and pipeline orientation
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
High ownership, bias for action, and CEO-office maturity
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM roles.
Proven experience scaling US-focused B2B businesses.
Background in Enterprise SaaS, EdTech, Technology Services, or B2B Platforms preferred.
Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with a builder mindset.
