The Role We Are Offering You
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:
Oversee and support application tasks for in‑house systems used across various airline operational processes.
Operate production systems and build automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Develop monitoring, deployment, and automation tools using modern scripting languages.
Design and define complex technology solutions while aligning cross‑functional teams to company goals.
Build and utilize automation tools to enhance release management processes.
Support and enable DevOps teams, IT Service Management practices, and reliability engineering standards.
Act as a technical consultant and architect—analyzing requirements, advising teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with technical leaders to understand technologies, business complexity, and validate architectural solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring:
5+ years of experience
in software or system engineering, including 2+ years in SRE or platform reliability.
Experience working in complex cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
.
Strong knowledge of data and network security, and information‑security best practices.
Experience developing and integrating with APIs.
Strong background in automation and DevOps tooling.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as
Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell
.
Understanding of orchestration technologies and techniques.
Strong analytical mindset with a process‑driven approach.
Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
CKA or CKAD certification
AWS certifications
HashiCorp Terraform certifications
