Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on
Senior Solution Architect
with deep expertise in
5G/4G Core
,
IMS
, and
cloud-native technologies
. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing next-generation telecom solutions with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and performance

You apply deep technical expertise and experience in the Solution Architecture domain, to develop and/or lead the development of complex end-to-end architectural solutions for initiatives across multiple domains, ensuring they meet time, cost and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead end-to-end solutions for
5G and/or 4G Core domains
including
Data, VoNR, and IMS
.
Overview knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystem along with Mobile core.
Basic networking knowledge of IP networks.
Design and optimize
IMS systems
, with hands-on experience in any IMS solution,
Solid understanding of 5g Core Network Functions: AMF, AUSF, UPF, SMF, NRF, UDM, UDR, PCF etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
AI/ML models
for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
(Good to have)
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using
C, C++, Go (good to have), and Python (good to have)
.
Lead deployment and orchestration using
Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
in cloud-native environments.
Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and resilient deployments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Conduct RCA and performance tuning across distributed systems
Required Skills & Experience:
12-20 years
of experience in telecom architecture, with a focus on
5G Core
and
IMS
.
Strong hands-on experience with SIP-based IMS systems.
Proficiency in
C/C++
; experience with
Go
and
Python
is a plus.
Good understanding of
AI/ML concepts
, especially in
anomaly detection
and
AIOps
.
Expertise in
DevOps practices
and tools:
Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
.
Experience working with
cloud infrastructure
(AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack).
Familiarity with telecom protocols such as
PFCP, HTTP/2, SCTP
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Good to have:
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in anomaly detection and AIOps
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using C, C++, Go (good to have), and Python (good to have).
Basic networking knowledge of IP networks.
DBMS knowledge
Good written and oral communication skills
