Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead full stack development initiatives. You'll architect scalable solutions using React, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and AI/ML technologies. As a technical leader, you'll mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and build production-grade applications integrating advanced AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable full stack applications using React, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and SQL
Lead backend service and RESTful API development with AI/ML workflow integration
Build optimized React frontends and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and technical excellence
Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for system design
Own code quality, security standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with product and stakeholders on complex technical requirements

Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
Advises immediate management on project-level issues
Guides junior engineers
Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Expected Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications
:
Experience with both Node.js and Java in production environments
Familiarity with AI integration patterns and LLM APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases and data management
Experience with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
