About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Software Engineer
with strong expertise in
JavaScript, Node.js, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Databases
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex problems, writing clean and scalable code, and contributing to high-performance systems. Frontend experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Solve complex technical challenges with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring optimized queries and high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding and design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
minimum of 4 years
of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
and
Node.js
.
Solid understanding of
Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving techniques
.
Experience with
databases
(SQL or NoSQL).
Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
Frontend development experience with frameworks like
React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
