About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff   Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices Hands-on experience with Angular or React, along with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE), including customization and integrations Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Experience working with SQL Server and database design Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of secure SDLC practices and working in regulated environments (banking/financial services) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams Job Expectations: Ability to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad/Bangalore location Participate in on-call rotations and production support activities as needed Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET technologies Build and enhance APIs and integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms Support modernization of legacy systems into API-driven and microservices-based architectures Ensure applications meet performance, security, and regulatory requirements in a financial services environment Posting End Date:   1 Jun 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
