Position Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer (P3)
to join our Industrial
Robotics
team and play a key role in
development and integration
of
firmware
for Robotic system sol
utions
on Digital Microcontrollers
In this role, you will work hands
on with
sensors
,
analog front end, motion
controller and time synchronization connectivity
, device driver development,
RTOS, ROS
and
system
platform debugging
, collaborating closely with
Firmware, Applications, and Systems teams
. You will help deliver robust, production

robotics systems
solutions

Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate
firmware
for
Robotics sensing, actuation
, motion controller
Perform
sensor
integration
, including
sensor bring

up
and validation
Integrate AFE
on Embedded platforms
Work on Embedded Linux platforms such as
NVIDIA (Jetson)
,
Raspberry
Pi
and
NXP (i.MX)
Perform
hands
on debugging
on
system
platforms, diagnosing and resolving issues across software and hardware
Understand and use board
level
sche
ma
tics to debug hardware–software integration issues
Work with
SPI
,
I²C
, CAN
for sensor configuration, control, and register access
Collaborate closely with
Firmware

Applications
, and
Systems
teams to deliver complete customer solutions
Support customer enablement through reference software, integration guidance, and technical troubleshooting
Required Technical Capabilities (Must Have)
Strong experience with
C/C++
in embedded systems
Experience with GitHub and AI agents - for development and debug
Strong technical oral and written communication skills
Hands

ROS
and any RTOS like Zephyr, Embedded Linux

Linux kernel configuration
Linux device driver development

space application development
Proven experience in sensor a

Experience developing on

Solid understanding of SPI and I²C protocols and their use in sensor integration

Education and Experience
Bachelors or

degree in engineering

industry experience in embedded software development
