About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Software
Engineer to build and scale the technology powering India’s next-generation
NBFC platform. In this role, you will work on backend systems, transaction
workflows, credit pipelines, and AI-enabled engineering solutions that support
high-performance financial products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to
deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems while contributing to an
AI-first engineering culture.
What You’ll Do
Backend & Platform Development
·
Develop and maintain backend systems for credit,
risk, and transaction workflows
·
Build scalable APIs, microservices, and
distributed systems
·
Optimize system performance, reliability, and
security
AI & Automation
·
Integrate AI tools, LLMs, and prompt-based
workflows into engineering processes
·
Contribute to AI-driven automation and developer
productivity initiatives
Engineering Execution
·
Participate in end-to-end development including
design, coding, deployment, and monitoring
·
Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready
code
·
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical
issues
Cross-Functional Collaboration
·
Work closely with product, risk, compliance, and
engineering teams
·
Support the development of regulatory-compliant
fintech solutions
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise
·
Strong backend or full-stack development
experience using Golang, Python, Java, or Node.js
·
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS,
GCP, or OCI
·
Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and
distributed systems
·
Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern
DevOps practices
Professional Experience
·
2-3 years of software engineering experience
·
Experience building scalable and
production-grade applications
·
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
AI-First Mindset
·
Interest or experience in applying LLMs, AI
tools, or prompt-engineering workflows
·
Passion for leveraging AI to improve engineering
efficiency
Nice to Have
·
Experience in fintech, lending, NBFCs, or
financial systems
·
Familiarity with event streaming and serverless
architectures
·
Exposure to KYC/AML or compliance-driven systems
Qualifications
·
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related
fields
·
IIT/NIT graduates preferred
