Position Title :
Senior Software Developer – SAP ABAP
Description:
SAP ABAP programming to support KSB Global IT Organization
Development of Report, Form, Enhancement and Interface
Support existing ABAP Objects available in SAP Production system
Major responsibilities:
(most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)
Support and consult the KSB Global IT Organization in the area of SAP ABAP programming
Support KSB AG Central IT in the area of ABAP programming with the required skill set in the areas of:
Basic ABAP
Advanced ABAP – Object Oriented ABAP
SAP Forms: SAP Script, Smartform and Adobe Form
SAP Enhancements like User Exit, BADIs, Enhancement Framework
Batch Data Communication
Module pool programming
BAPI, Rest API
Interface like ALE IDoC
SAP OData Services
HANA ABAP - CDS view, AMDP
HANA Database procedure, Calculation views, Table functions
SAP FIORI/ UI5
Support in the areas of SAP system operation and support of SAP applications with ABAP development
Consultation of operational departments concerning SAP Basis and ABAP topics with development of suitable solutions for day-to-day business by coordination of SAP Functional team
Support in SAP Projects like Rollout for different country and set up new Interfaces with other non-SAP systems and applications
Requirement Profile:
Formal Education: B.E / MCA
Professional Experience in years:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming
Defined Competencies:

Advanced ABAP – Object Oriented ABAP
SAP Forms: SAP Script, Smartform and Adobe Form
SAP Enhancements like User Exit, BADIs, Enhancement Framework

HANA Migration. Dual maintenance of SAP ECC and HANA
SAP Functional knowledge and work experience in Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Production Business areas
Basic knowledge of SAP HANA
Basic knowledge of various functional modules of SAP like
SD, PP, MM, QM, FI and CO
Basic process knowledge of manufacturing / engineering industry would be preferable
Good knowledge of English (written as well as verbal)
Knowledge of German language will be appreciated but not mandatory
