Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaisebetween Unisystem and Finastra teams
Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshopsOnsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.
Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Businessconfiguration
Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.
Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.
Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, FunctionalSpecifications, Use Cases)
7+ years experience
Must have strong experience in GPP
