Supporting office experience operations across India locations, including janitorial services, food and beverage services, mail room services, healing rooms, recreational facilities, and allied services
Coordinating with facility managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support service delivery, space requirements, transportation, fleet management, and day-to-day workplace operations
Managing budgets, invoices, service level adherence, and compliance with statutory, legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements
Preparing tracking documents, status reports, project plans, and management presentations to support governance, issue resolution, and transition activities
Supporting leadership requests, office events, client visits, and risk identification while helping maintain service quality and operational continuity
The team
The Office Experience team supports workplace operations that help Deloitte professionals work effectively across office locations in India. The team partners with workplace operations, facilities, vendors, and business stakeholders to help deliver consistent service, office readiness, and employee support. This role contributes to service delivery, governance, and day-to-day office experience activities across multiple sites.
Location: Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Indore, Vishakapatnam, Lucknow
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 11 PM; night shifts as required
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or Facilities Management
14+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in a global organization
Experience managing vendors, facilities, and workplace projects
Experience supporting leaders, professionals, and clients in an office operations environment
Experience managing budgets, invoices, service level agreements, and operational compliance requirements
Ability to work shifts between 9 AM and 11 PM, including night shifts as required
Ability to travel between sites, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
Experience supporting office experience operations across multiple India locations
Experience managing transportation, fleet management, and workplace space requirements
Experience preparing project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, status reports, and management presentations
Experience supporting Environmental Health and Safety and quality program requirements
Experience supporting leadership visits, client visits, and office events
