Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Security Consultant
with strong expertise in enterprise security solutions. The role involves leading firewall and proxy deployments, troubleshooting, and cloud security initiatives while ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and protection for client environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot firewalls (
Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate
) and proxy solutions (
Zscaler
).
Lead
firewall migration projects
and upgrades with minimal downtime.
Configure and manage
IPSec VPNs, SSL inspection, and packet flow analysis
.
Implement
URL filtering policies
to enforce security and compliance.
Support
cloud firewall deployments
and integrations with enterprise systems.
Develop and execute
Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
for security infrastructure.
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and provide security best practices.
Document configurations, procedures, and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
Requirements:
5–8 years of hands-on experience in network and security operations.
Strong expertise in
Proxy (Zscaler)
and
Firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate)
.
Proven experience in
firewall troubleshooting, deployment, and migration
.
Knowledge of
cloud firewall solutions, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and SSL inspection
.
Familiarity with
packet flow analysis, DR planning, and URL filtering
.
Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, NSE, Zscaler Certified) are a plus.
