About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing
Senior SDR
who can take ownership of the
entire outbound sales cycle
— from prospecting and qualification to booking meetings, running early demos, and supporting deal closure.
This is a
full-cycle outbound role
, requiring strong communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to engage global stakeholders across regions.
You will be selling an
AI-powered platform that automates complex workflows across compliance, supply chain, and sales operations
, helping companies reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and respond faster to customer and regulatory demands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target high-quality accounts across defined ICP segments
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
2. International Cold Calling & Outreach
Conduct
cold calls with prospects across US and European markets
Navigate different buyer personas (operations, QA, compliance, procurement)
Communicate clearly and confidently with global stakeholders
Handle objections and drive conversations toward discovery meetings
3. Qualification & Discovery
Conduct discovery calls with multiple stakeholders
Understand current workflows, pain points, and document-heavy processes
Qualify opportunities based on business impact, urgency, and fit
4. Meeting to Demo Conversion
Book and own initial product demos where relevant
Clearly communicate value propositions tailored to use cases (e.g., RFI automation, compliance workflows, sales intelligence)
Ensure strong progression toward next steps
5. Deal Support & Closure
Work closely with founders / AEs to progress deals
Maintain consistent follow-ups across stakeholders and regions
Help navigate internal buying processes (procurement, compliance, ops teams)
6. CRM & Sales Process Discipline
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Build repeatable outreach and qualification playbooks
Continuously optimize messaging based on conversion data
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–5 years experience in
B2B SaaS sales (mandatory)
Proven experience in
cold calling and outbound sales to US and/or European markets (mandatory)
Strong verbal communication with a
neutral/global accent and clarity in conversations
Experience selling into
mid-market or enterprise accounts
Exposure to
AI SaaS / data / workflow automation (strong plus)
Comfortable selling to
multiple stakeholders across functions
Strong discovery and qualification skills (not just meeting booking)
Proven ability to
own pipeline and influence deal progression
