About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior SSE Engineer
to join our Network & Security Infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and operating our
Netskope Secure Service Edge platform
, which helps protect our users, applications, and data. You will play a key part in ensuring secure, reliable connectivity and a positive user experience across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of our Netskope security platform.
Ensure services run smoothly and meet performance and security standards.
Respond to and resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on employees.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes.
Document procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
Participate in change management and help implement new features.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in IT security or network engineering.
Experience with Netskope is highly preferred.
Strong background in managing security platforms and troubleshooting issues.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling critical incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with cloud security technologies and zero trust principles.
Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security are a plus.
