We are looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth and design win pipeline working with and potentially leading a team of account managers. This role requires strong account management skills along with proven people management capabilities and a consistent track record of revenue and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive
business growth, revenue targets, and design‑win pipeline
across assigned accounts/regions
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a
sales team
and enable execution excellence.
Act as a
key customer interface
at Senior leadership level for strategic accounts
Build and execute
account plans
, forecast accuracy, and pipeline reviews
Drive
new customer acquisition
and expansion in existing accounts
Drive
Design pipeline
Growth
and
Funnel Management

Collaborate closely with
marketing, application engineering, distribution team, partners, and leadership
Represent the organization in
strategic negotiations, long‑term partnerships, and ecosystem engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering- Electronics, Electrical or related field
MBA preferred
15+ years
of sales experience, with
significant exposure to B2B / technology /
electronics / industrial or automotive sectors
