About this role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and design win pipeline working with and potentially leading a team of account managers. This role requires strong account management skills along with proven people management capabilities and a consistent track record of revenue and customer success. Key Responsibilities Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design‑win pipeline across assigned accounts/regions Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team and enable execution excellence.
