About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Sales Manager
with a strong background in enterprise consulting sales, particularly in AI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation services. The ideal candidate is a strategic seller who can build strong relationships with CXOs and senior technology leaders while driving high-value consultative sales. Success in this role will involve developing enterprise opportunities, delivering tailored AI and digital transformation solutions, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
What you will do
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across mid-market and large enterprise clients.
Engage with CXOs and senior technology stakeholders to identify AI and digital transformation opportunities.
Position AI adoption services and enterprise solutions aligned with client business objectives.
Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to create customized proposals and solution strategies.
Drive consultative sales conversations focused on business impact and value creation.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth.
What we are looking for
Functional Skills
Strong expertise in enterprise consulting sales related to AI, data analytics, cloud, or digital transformation.
Proven ability to sell complex, high-value technology or consulting engagements.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently drive sales strategy and manage enterprise accounts.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5
+ years of experience in enterprise or consulting sales

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments.
