Position: Business Development Manager Location: Indore Department: Marketing / Business Development About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Team Leader to manage on-ground marketing activities at the airport, lead a promotional team, and drive customer acquisition. This role focuses on brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion through direct passenger engagement in a high-footfall environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise airport marketing promoters and executives Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and activations Engage with passengers to promote products/services and generate leads Ensure daily targets for leads, sales, or sign-ups are achieved Coordinate with airport authorities and internal teams for smooth execution Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity Handle customer queries and ensure positive brand representation Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with management Train team members on pitch, product knowledge, and customer handling Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong team leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and convincing abilities Target-driven mindset with sales orientation Ability to work in shifts in a fast-paced airport environment Good presentation and brand-handling skills Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any discipline 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, airport marketing, or promotions Prior experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor preferred Experience in aviation, telecom, BFSI, retail, or service marketing is a plus
