Eligibility:
Graduate in Arts / Science Discipline
Good knowledge in Physics of motion, Rigging workflows in Blender and Maya.
Must have Knowledge in Animation
Good knowledge in blendshapes and facial rig setup
Collaboration with Artists & Engineers
Drawing & traditional Art skill & Sculpting would be a plus.
Before starting the RIG, must be able to read script and understand the story. Based on story requirement and importance of that asset able to research, plan to approach the rigging setup.
Able to study and Should understand living creatures body mechanics and deformations.
Must have good working knowledge in cleanup files, QC, naming convention and well organize with asset files.
Experience with PYTHON, Mel is must and C,C++ is a plus. scripting/programming languages (python, MEL, PERL, C, C++) is a plus.
Proficiency in Gimp, Krita, Maya, Blender, Substance designer, Quixel mixer, 3d-coat, Mari, Armor painter, Materialize
Must have Strong understanding about principles of Color Theory, light & materials, Modeling and UV Mapping.
From an Art point of view, Essential to be skilled in Painting & Image editing skills.
Confident, Self-Aware, and good at presenting their work.
Intelligent, Highly creative, Can come up with conceptual and metaphorical ideas.
Equipped with the uncommon common sense
Good Communication,Interpersonal & Problem solving skills
Ability to work within high-pressure, fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Desired Candidates Skill:
An Art, Cinema buff and if you love to read you are possibly at the right place
Good understanding of industry standard texture maps generation/painting along with usage/workflow in cg rendering.
Exceptional understanding of surface qualities, lighting and shading concepts, detailing, composition, color, form, and scale.
Good working knowledge on texel and pixel density along with standard uv unwrap and udims
Based on the story requirement and importance of that asset able to research, plan to approach the texture map creation.
Ability to contribute in Creative ideas for creating stunning visuals.
Ability to Analyse and Understand the Script, Client/ Director Notes.
Must have good Knowledge of Rigging, Texturing, Lookdev
Minimum requirement of building textures using node graph. (blender, substance Designer, TextureLab, Material Maker, Arnold/redshift shader graphs
Able to sculpt surface details and extract displacement maps from other applications like Blender, zbrush, 3dcoat.
PBR texture and material base workflow must know.
Must have a good eye for detail to understand the concept of material aging, how an object/material changes its shape and texture over time.
Be able to take direction, and be prepared to make changes to work in response to constructive feedback
Have good communication and presentation skills
Be able to work calmly and efficiently to tight deadlines
