Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Senior Recruite
r who will own end-to-end hiring across functions, drive recruitment strategy, and manage a team of recruiters. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions within defined TATs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
for junior, mid, and senior-level positions
Manage and mentor a
team of recruiters
, track performance, and ensure target closures
Partner with
business leaders and hiring managers
to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
Develop and execute
effective sourcing strategies
(Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, social hiring)
Drive
senior-level and niche hiring
with strong closure ratios
Maintain recruitment metrics such as
TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire
Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
from sourcing to onboarding
Manage
vendor partnerships
, recruitment budgets, and hiring forecasts
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS for leadership review
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in
end-to-end recruitment & bulk + leadership hiring
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Excellent
stakeholder management & negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and close positions within deadlines
Team handling, coaching, and performance management
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
5–7 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
